Support and Sponsorship

If your work / business aligns with our values, and you’re interested in supporting our conference through sponsorship, exhibitions, or donations, we’d love to hear from you.

Please feel welcome to contact us via hello@appetiteforchangeproject.com to chat further and receive a copy of our sponsorship prospectus, or (if you’re ready to move forward with organising sponsorship) you can fill out this online form.

There’s also more information below regarding how any financial support will be used; this is written with transparency.

  • Any financial support received (through sponsorship, donations, or exhibitions) will directly contribute to making the Appetite for Change Conference possible, sustainable, accessible, and ethical. Funds will go toward:

    • Fair Remuneration: We are committed to paying people fairly, and do not ask for unpaid labour. Financial support will help us remunerate those involved in conference organisation, facilitation, and/or presentations.

    • Increasing Access: Your contribution helps us cover subsidised or free tickets for marginalised folk facing financial barriers, who would not otherwise be able to attend the conference.

    • Conference Expenses: Support also helps cover essential costs, including: advertising / promoting / marketing costs, website hosting fees, online conference platform and event technology, development of conference materials and resources, and supporting accessibility needs (e.g. live captioning, tech assistance, and other accommodations)

    • Future Conferences: If there are any funds remaining post-conference (i.e. profits beyond the above-listed costs), these will be allocated to funding the 2027 conference.

  • Yes, absolutely. If you choose to support the conference financially, and provide consent for public acknowledgment, you’ll receive:

    • Marketing & Recognition: Shoutouts and ongoing recognition across our newsletters, social media posts, emails, and other communications.

    • Visibility: Your name and/or organisation listed on our official sponsor page and conference programme.

    • In‑Event Acknowledgement: Verbal shoutouts and thanks during the conference itself.

    • Resource Inclusion: Your name and/or logo featured in relevant conference materials and resources.

    • Reduced Fee or Complimentary Tickets: Depending on the level of sponsorship or donation, you may receive reduced fee or complimentary tickets to attend the conference.

Please note, we’ll always seek your consent before publicly acknowledging you or your organisation.

  • We believe in maintaining fair, transparent, values‑aligned, ethical processes, to ensure the conference remains community‑centred and equitable. As such, the provision of financial support (including sponsorships, exhibitor contributions, and / or donations) is completely independent from the abstract submission, consideration, and selection process.

If you have submitted an abstract, please be assured that:

    • Your abstract will be assessed on its own merits, based on relevance, and alignment with the conference focus and values.

    • Sponsorship, exhibitor status, or donations will not influence the consideration, review, or acceptance of abstract submission in any way.
